I was there at the tail-end of the cherry blossoms festival. There were a number of food stalls set up in front of the main hall, along with loud speakers blasting Chinese pop. There was even a cheezy visual effect room for thrill-seekers. It was a total dismay for people looking for a tranquil cherry blossoms time in the temple compound.
