“Really good value for your money!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2014

The hotel is at a good location! You can easily take the bus to everywhere you want or just walk around in the area.

I booked a cheap room with no window, because I didn't mind that at all. The bed was good (nice pillows and blanket) and the shower was warm and powerfull.

The staff can not speak English (same as everywhere in China) but if you ask something they will try to help you by using a translate program. But they are more focused on the Chinese tourist.

And if you ask you can use the washing machine for free! You only have to buy washing powder yourself and that's no problem because there are a lot of supermarkets in the area.

Before to book a room in this hotel you need to understand why you are paying such a cheap rate. The room are very small and not clean. Bed were not clean aswell and also hard sleepers. The personal can't speak any word english and is not really welcoming for western tourists.
I would recommend this hotel for a very short stay and if you want to enjoy the city and its wall rather than enjoy the room....

Room Tip: take the cheapest room as there are no differences of quality....

We stayed few hours only in this hotel as we arrived late in Xian (around 2AM) and checked out at 8AM (we had a train to catch later at night), so location (central and near train station), small size of the room and very cheap price was good enough to book. We were suppose to have a no-window room (for 12 EUR) but we were given a double room with window. Hotel is simple (no extras) and average clean (light smell of cigarette smoke in the room though).

Bathroom has glass-walls meaning no privacy for shower or toilets if you are 2 persons in the room.

Perfect hotel for backpackers or 1 night stay.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money, clean and new and central location. Staff were polite, though little English is spoken. A couple of local restaurants and a convenience store in walking distance. I would definitely return to stay here.

The room is small but has enough space for exactly what you need. Good location, 10 min walk on the same street as main bus/rail station and lots of shopping centres. Ideal stay for backpackers or budget conscious that are happy with a practical room.

This hotel has a good location inside city walls. My room was super clean, very tiny but everything what I needed was fitted there. Double bed, window, little table, chair and space to open my suitcase (no space for two suitcases without blocking a door). The bathroom was about the same size as the room itself, glass-walls. Very good value for the money, especially if you are travelling on your own -or if you like to be very close to your travel company.. Staff hardly spoke any English but that seems to be a 'problem' in most hotels in China. But indeed very good stay, i can recommend this.

I booked online with the Chinese website using Chrome and Google translator but had to make up a fake Chinese mobile number. Got a confirmation number but not sure if it actually made it through when I checked in. Rooms are smallish but I've stayed in much smaller places in Hong Kong and Thailand so it's all relative. Soap and small towels provided. Location is on Jiefang Rd which is a major north-south road running south from the train station. From the airport, take bus #5 to the railway station (26 Yuan). You will be dropped off in front of the post office facing the station inside the wall. The best bus to take to the hotel is 611 (1 Yuan) with a stop on the opposite side of Jiefang Rd facing the station. Take it 1 stop? after it passes the JinJiang Inn on the right side. The Bestay entrance in on No. 1 Rd beside the JinJiang Inn. Use this stop to get to the clock tower. To return from the clock tower, the 611 stop is on the east side in front of McDonalds. Going northbound toward the train station, the 611 travels on the street one block west and parallel to Jiefang Rd. From the clock tower, get off at the first stop after turning left. Walk north to the first street (No. 1 Rd) and turn right to find the hotel. Use this stop to go to the railway station.
