Very bad experience, they debit my credit card with the amount of (275 CNY )a month after my stay over there in the hotel. The location is ok and the room was clean but They do not speak English which was very difficult to communicate. They charge everything in the room even the toothpaste.

Although OK for Chinese speakers, this hotel was not my best choice for my 4 day stay. The area is OK, but a long way from shops or an ATM. The subway station Chigang Pagoda is about 10 minutes walk. The room was excellent, large but a bit depressing. The shower overflowed and although fixed the floor remained wet. The TV only had 1 English channel, no BBC, CNN or Australia TV. I had difficulty finding anybody that spoke reasonable English and all communication and taxi directions were a major inconvenience. Due to a strange policy you cannot charge anything to your room without paying a deposit upfront, which was not explained to me. This caused my laundry to be delayed without explanation. At one time there was no toilet paper and it was difficult to communicate what was needed. I kept a spare but this was removed by staff the next day. The included breakfast was very basic with little variety. The staff were friendly and polite but not English speaking.

The hotel surely looks alot more beautiful in photographs, but that does not mean it is a bad place to be in. The location is a bit away (5 km) from the main Tianhe reagion, but it is in a new quiet district with the new Canton Tower right opposite the hotel. The guest floors are large and clean. Rooms are well designed, equipped and clean. Housekeeping is also good. It is a highly recommended place. The one drawback though is the breakfast. Nothing for people from out of the country there.

Massive, spotlessly clean and well appointed room etc especially considering the rate. English was a battle but staff incredibly helpful. Western food and English menus were a bit of problem. Very close proximity to Pazhou exhibition centre a major plus. Negatives are the out of the way location for just about everything else. Fairly long walk to nearest underground station and shops, restaurants etc.

stayed here while attending the International Furniture fair at Pazhou complex.A little hidden gem if you do not expect a full western hotel....when in Rome.....
Food was superb, very cheap, service okay but lack of English can be a little bit of a problem.
All in all I found the service very good.
The rooms were of a good standard, cleanliness was good.
It is a little out of the way but is very handy to the exhibition complex.
The staff were very helpful.
very good value for money, but do not expect to stay in a western hotel....that it is not.
