The food is nothing special compared to many other restaurants in Guangzhou. I have had some different tries on the menu and it was just food, that's it. I experienced great examples of serving food in a beautiful way in China. They don't bother here. Just food on a plate....
The service is a little poor. The owner and the staff have little clue how to make a guest more comfortable than in a fast food restaurant. They want to take away your half full plates. If you are dining slow, they just take everything of the table except your last bite so they hope you make place for new guests which might show up before you actually finished.
The Chinese people might have the idea they are up for a special French treat, but in fact you just overpay for a very normal dinner.
You have so many much better choices in Guangzhou!
