“Yup, 2nd row from Masjid Nabawi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2012

A nice hotel with a lot of stores in the basement. The seller at the store can speak Bahasa Indonesia and they accept Indonesian currency :). Unfortunately there was no Internet access in the room but who need it when you were to busy praying in masjid Nabawi.

I do not know how much they rate themselves, but do not expect a luxury place to stay in.
It's very close to Masjid Nabawi but and Women's door are closer than Men's door, so men had to walk much more to enter Masjid.
Room was clean with good with kettle available but no ironing service.
If you are looking for a just place to sleep with good breakfast, close to Masjid and not expensive as those in first row; Haram will be a good choice.
The only thing we suffered when it's prayer time and there is a rush on elevator you may stay up to 5 minutes or more waiting!!!

Room Tip: Definitely suites are better than regular rooms

Nice place w/ lots of stores nearby. The staffs are quite fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. But I prefer they clean the room everyday, not only when the guest are at the room to get tips~ :|

And it'a better if free wifi is provided.

The hotel was ok. I would expect there to be an ironing board and kettle for drinks in a 4 star hotel but there was no kettle and no ironing facility. The family room
Was rather cramped as we had a pushchair and it kept getting in the way and the suitcases were stacked near the entrance aswell. We were there for 8 days and we had to ask for the room to be vacuumed. The housekeeping was not at all good and when we checked in the room the basin was leaking and after numerous calls this was fixed but the maintenance man left a log if water in the bathroom and the housekeeping personnel were having a go at us when it had nothing to do with us. The bath was not cleaned and had hairs in it. Obviously we were there for a purpose and didn't spend a vast amount of time in the room. The location was good around 50 yards to gate 25 and very close to ladies entrance also. The staff did not really speak English and it was a problem communicating with them.

We were eight people and had booked two rooms. During check in, I requested two rooms next to each other, but were given the option of a suite which we happily accepted. The suite consisted of a good sized lounge with a view of Jannat ul Baqi, a small kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower and the second with a bath tub and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a super king bed with 6 single beds and still enough space for the kids to run around and play.

Coming to the staff, they were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to help us when one of the family members fell ill. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Masjid. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel very conveniently located but staff not very co-operative and rooms were not serviced properly. Our room had a faulty smoke alarm which kept the entire hotel awake for 4 nights in a row and management promised to change but the damage was already done, we had irate fellow patrons banging on our doors in the middle of the night. Also hotel management did not bother apoligising for the inconvenience at all and with 5 children need i say more. I would not immediately recommend to anyone, a last choice maybe.

I have stayed at this hotel June 2010, for a week, during umra. The housekeeping service was quite bad. They cleaned my room only one during five days. Even thought i didnt have anything from the minibar, they made out the accounts for some chocolates and dried fruits. You should be very careful. It's very close to Ravza. Breakfast and dinner services was ok.
