We stayed in the Royal Suite. Very comfortable and good value for money for a family of six. The restaurant's Indian food was better quality than the one a few doors down. Friendly and helpful staff gave us the internet rate even though we turned up unannounced. Thoroughly recommend it. Made our short trip.

Al-Nimran met all of our expectations - the room was comfortable; the breakfasts and dinners were good; the staff was friendly and very helpful; even the other guests were friendly and added to the experience.

Room tip: Ask the front desk for their best available.

I was booked this time by my colleague in this hotel, it turned out to be a good value for proposition. The staff under the guidance of their General Manager Neil was taking good care & giving sufficient attention to the guest. The location is very convenient as it had Indian,Pakistani,Italian,Chinese,Arabic restaurants at a walkable distance. The nearby date shop Aoudi dates was also a good proposition.Overall a wonderful experience.

Room tip: Choose the renovated rooms, they are better than the old ones

Usually when visiting the Eastern Province I stay at one of the better known international hotels. This time I was booked into the Al Nimran Hotel by a colleague. I had never heard of this hotel and I must admit I was concerned that it would not meet the standards of the international hotels.
I need not have worried. This is a superb little hotels and from check-in to final farewell my experience was faultless.
The bonus is that there is free Wi-Fi of acceptable standard, room service was excellent with a good range of food quickly delivered. The restaurant service is excellent as is the good range of foo. I was staying on business and the location is excellent.
The attitude of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous and it would be unfair to pick out any individual as without exception everyone I encountered was cheerful and efficient.
One small observation - I am a fairly big person - 6" 2" and 240lbs, and I found the bathroom in my room very small. However if you are smaller you should be OK.
In room tea and coffee facilities is not automatically provided but was available upon request.

I will definitely stay here again, God willing!

Room tip: Go for the most expensive room you can afford it is so inexpensive it is worth it.
