Not just for "foodies". . . This place was fascinating. Nicely displayed exhibits re: the history of grains and bread-baking in the different regions of Russia and around the world. Model of a 1950's commercial bakery, and sales shop. Touching display about the daily bread ration afforded Leningraders during the Siege. Short animated film for the kids. Much signage also in English. Dioramas of dining rooms set for service of fancy "teas". Exhibits re: confectionary shops for the ladies and kids, and coffee shops for the men.
