“4th biggest cathedral in the world”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2014

Amazing views from the top and worth a climb. Our two kids enjoyed the views and the climb itself with over 200 steps that they can count to up as they climb.

Amazing views of the entire city and a gem in the heart of st petersburg. The granite columns holding up the structure is quite amazing and difficult to imagine the weight of the structure quite so sturdy after so many years. Worth a visit and hard to avoid.

“Beautiful”

The gorgeous artwork and the malachite and lapis columns make this a unique church. We thought it was gorgeous and worth a visit.

“Always glorious”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2014

They know how they save their religious values. Big statues and very flashy architecture. So It deserves to be visited. I recommend strongly to visit the place.

“Very Unusual”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2014

The first thing one notices when approaching this cathedral is its sheer scale. The columns are unbelievably immense, as are the doors and the interior. Foreigners purchase tickets from kiosks at the front door (you can choose from a number of languages on the machines), Russians from the small street-side booth.
