Зато всегда будут свежие продукты, веселые застолья, гостеприимные хозяева и горы вкусной еды./ “Khachapuri” is a city café with Georgian food, it is the café with food free of any complications and banalities of national symbols. Here you would find neither plastic imitations of grapes on the walls, nor bundles of garlic hanging of the ceiling, nor a thick menu draped in leather with thousands of meals, nor the Tiflis style stone stairs. But you will always find fresh food, parties with lots of fun, hospitable hosts and mountains of delicious food.

“Lovely food and staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

This place was absolutely amazing! The food was great and the staff was lovely! It is definitely worth checking out, I recommend the khinkalies with meat and potato and cheese and the raspberry sorbet (SO yummy!)
It is a place with great laid back and casual atmosphere, you can come here with your friends, family, colleagues or spouse.
It was a lovely experience, will definitely come back here for some Georgian food!

“Lovely little place round the corner from Cafe Puskin”

Great food, good service - most servers spoke English. Very reasonable prices. Well worth seeking out.

“Thank goodness for TripAdvisor!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2014

Sought out this restaurant after seeing the reviews on Tripadvisor for both of the Khachapuri restaurants in Moscow and were so glad we did. This is the one on Bolshoy Gnezdnikovsky - from either Tverskaya or Pushkinskaya metro stations, walk straight down the main Tverskaya Ulista towards Red Square, and it's the first right side street after the main crossroads (look out for the red sign hanging outside - see my photo). The restaurant is split level, with no smoking on the ground floor, and has a trendy loft-style look that manages to still feel warm and welcoming.

We had a lovely long Sunday afternoon lunch there. There is an English-language menu and the waiters who served us spoke enough English for us to get by with no problems. We had the mushrooms with suluguni cheese, the red pepper and tomato soup, and a meat khachapuri (like a keema naan) for our starters, then after a rest, ordered mains of the chicken kebabs, with the baby potatoes and a cheese khachapuri to share. We also ordered a couple of dipping sauces - adjika (very hot chilli) and matsoni (yoghurt sauce, to cool down!). All were delicious, with efficient and friendly service throughout. It was also nice to be able to enjoy a bottle of wine for a normal price and draft beer cheaper than at home....it's no wonder we were there all afternoon!

“Georgian food with service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

Sunday afternoon on the off chance, after seeing it on Tripadvisor. They found us a table despite being full of locals dining and celebrating and just having a drink and reading. Slightly off the beaten track but worth the effort to get superb service and a good range of fine Georgian food. Try it.

“Authentic Geogian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2014

This is the place to try the best of Georgian khachapuri. When I say Georgian I mean the country with all its ethnic diversity. Khachapuries come in many different kinds and it is up to you to select one of your choice. Some have cheese only inside, some have it inside and outside, some come with an egg on top, some even have a mean filling. And of course the menu is not limited to those cheese pies, there lots of other delicious choices.
