“Good location - breakfast could've been better!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2013

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Very central and easy to walk to lots of attractions within the city.

We were greeted well at the front desk and given some helpful information to get us started.

The room was ok. A bit small and the view of the car park was riveting - but we didn't spend long enough in there to worry about it!! The bathroom was very small but the shower was powerful and it was well stocked with essentials (except a shower cap :( )

The room was clean but had a strange aroma, but we slept well after long days out in the city.

Breakfast was included - buffet style - the cereal was good, and some of the cooked breakfast was ok but it was mostly cold and the scrambled egg was more of a block of eggs!! I decided on a croissant on the second morning - the 2 I cut into weren't cooked inside and tasted disgusting :( The staff were a bit miserable but kept things well stocked up and everything was clean!

A cheap hotel which does the basics!

We stayed here for two nights and didn't find one negative about the hotel. Very modern, clean, good breakfast choice, free fast wifi and we walked to the Krelim in 20 minutes over the bridge. There's loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would fully recommend staying here.

Slightly off the beaten track, but within walking distance of The Red Square and the Kremlin.
Staff speak English (of sorts) and are more than willing to help, although not always able to as their grasp of English is fairly limited. However they managed to get the hotel taxi booked as well as a jazz/dinner cruise on the Radisson boat for us. Would highly recommend that trip.
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.
Breakfast and breakfast service is quite poor. You have to try to locate someone that speaks English in order to get tea/coffee - and that can take some time.
There are not many good restaurants in the neighbourhood and we ended up eating once up in the city, once at the hotel and once at the local Irish Pub! I would say - use the hotel restaurant in an emergency only as they have a very limited selection, the Irish Pub has a far better menu!

we choose this hotel because of its location in a quiet neighbour , good access on the metro to all busines, cultural & tourist activities walking distance to theembankment, red square, gorky park churches etc

FOOD,breakfast & dinner in the restaurant has a limited selection of foods

Service in general is a problem at the hotel with the exception of the two staff members at reception desk at check inn (spanish speaking lady)and check out (manager in charge at 4 am), room service did not work, at dinner we had a 45 minutes delay to get our order . If the hotel is full its difficult to find a seat at rush hours.

Room Tip: Ask for the room with view to the cathedral of Christ the Saviour ( 5th floor) on saturday nights th...

For my taste, the hotel is very good for both leisure and business trips. Within walking distance from the Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow river embankment, the "famous" monument to Peter the Great by Tsereteli and more. In this area there is a feel of the true Moscow spirit.
The hotel has a decent restaurant, but the menu is not very varied. Breakfast is included in the default rate (the policy of brand Park Inn in most part of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia).
Overall, a decent hotel, but the price tag matching (around 190 euro for two).

Given the somewhat mixed reviews on this site, I was pleased with my stay at the Park Inn Sadu in Moscow. We checked in on a Friday night, and after a little difficulty in searching for the reservation for the other couple in our party (booked through the Moscow Hotels service), we were checked in successfully.

The smart looking lobby was an accurate reflection of the rooms, which were spacious by European standards, modern and tastefully decorated. After staying at a comparatively dated hotel in St Petersburg, this was a welcome return to the hotelling lifestyle to which we have become accustomed. The price difference between these two hotels? A mere $17, which is reflected in the respective ratings of four versus three. I found the staff at Park Inn Sadu to be helpful, if a little cool.

In terms of location, this is placed handy to the major sights, which are about 15 minutes away on foot. The nearest subway station is less than a five minute walk. You should have a spring in your step as you set about your sight seeing because the morning breakfast is very good. I recommend the Park Inn Sadu.

Room Tip: Some rooms have a balcony, most apparently don't. If the price is right and space permits, ask f...
