Starlite has become a sort of tradition for me in Moscow. I usually don't sleep much when I'm in the city and I like to catch the Metro first thing in the morning to head over to the Starlite for coffee and breakfast. I can't say the food is fantastic but for Moscow its a refreshing choice to have over some of the other restaurants available. The omelets and home fries are pretty decent. The breakfast sandwich was just ok but about what I would expect in the U.S. as well. Overall because of the hours and locations I would give it a 4. I think if you are looking for good steaks or American food Chicago Prime is better.
