I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the bed, and the efficient use of space. I stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. I expected the room to be tiny, but it had enough space to walk around. The room has free wi-fi (although a bit spotty at times) cable TV, a safe, a full-length mirror and enough pillows. What it lacks though is a cabinet and refrigerator. There is a retractable clothes hanger attached to the wall, which you can hang your clothes from. The hotel is situated right behind Robinsons Place Bacolod, so you can just cross over to buy food and other supplies. I was also very happy that the hotel's restaurant Cafe 21, offers a similar menu to the bigger restobar. Thankfully there was a Bong Bong's store inside the hotel, which offers the usual Piaya, barquillos and other edibles that one could have packed into a box to take home from the trip. Very convenient. My only request is that they allow late check-out without having to pay extra, or at least make the check-out time 12:00 nn. Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. If one wishes to extend up to 2:00 pm, one would have to pay extra PhP 500+.
