oh my, i dont know where to begin, so let me take u with me on my usual routine every time i eat at this elegant, new place. i always start off with the japanese section. my faves are the salmon sashimi, anchovy roll, salmon skin roll, and ebi tempura. and btw, they have 15 deliciously different maki rolls so it takes about 3trips to tokyo table to finally decide which ones i cant resist! then i move on to the dimsum. since i dont eat pork or beef, i consume LOTS of chicken siaomai with their home-made chili sauce. MAJOR YUMMINESS! i then proceed to the main course display where i usually find around 10 non-pork,beef dishes. my fave is the tofu-shitake mushroom. by this time, i am already 90% full, but i just cannot skip dessert. Their array of "shooters" always beckons to me and the choco pot de cream simply wont take no for an answer. i eat 3. plus a creme brulee and a tiramisu. the halo-halo can wait til next time. and so shall the cupcakes and ice cream. and the yakiniku section. and the tomyam soup, miso soup, and fried rice. and the chicken feet, popsicles, and the sweet and sour fish.... WAAAAAAAAAAH! i just can't get enough of their food! as someone who does not consume pork/beef, i usually have limited options when i dine out. but here, even with only 100 choices, i find myself in awe of the quality (taste is my priority), the ambience (hotel-like), the service (very efficient staff), and the quantity (they never run out each time i go). i would highly recommend this resto to extremely picky eaters who would go for authentic cuisine. i'd bet anything you can compare their dishes with our faves in hongkong, malaysia, thailand, and japan! but dont take my word for it. go and experience it for yourself!
