There are a lot of people that eat here. Its set up leaves a lot to be desired. Don't expect cleanliness to be a top priority. Majority of the tables are under a tree with a black overhead net. Some are under a makeshift tent, and some are located in what used to be the front part of the old house. However, their bbq is quite tasty: the chicken bbq, pork. I didn't particularly liked their grilled milkfish/bangus as one of the 3 fish we ordered had a smelly belly, which meant this was grown in extensive fish ponds. Maybe they should find a more consistent bangus supplier. The hanging rice will be put on a plate, and you pay only what you consume, and return the rest. I've been here several times (normally past 830pm) and each time some of their selections are out of stock already. This means they really have a lot of customers, but on the other hand, it speaks poorly of their stock inventory management.
Take note a lot of people eat here, and they come here for the bbq, not for the ambience.
