Well I am not sure what there might be to review here. This is not a tourist attraction, or a monument of any kind. There is no stopping on the bridge...unless of course you happen to struck in traffic. Which is generally the case everywhere here in Cebu. Oh don't get me wring, there are ample roadways, and most are in reasonable repair...it's the local drivers who have no regard for anything resembling following the traffic rules. This bridge locally known as "The Old Bridge" as opposed to the other one they call "he New Bridge" both connect Lapu-Lapu to the main land mass of Cebu.. at Cebu City. Sometime taxi drivers view these bridges as a imaginary foundry giving them a reason to ask for "off the meter" fare, or a Tip,...one even told me that they were not governed by the LTO, which is just an attempt to cheap customers. Folks, they must use a meter, and they must take you to your destination , even if they want to take lunch in another area of town....too bad, find another job if you do not want to serve your customers by the rules.
