We stayed in Quest on our second night during a long weekend trip to Cebu. The best selling point is the location, it's easy to find and you'd almost always find a vacant taxi waiting by the driveway. It's also across the Ayala jeepney terminal, perfect if you plan to do some commuting around Cebu. Just beyond the jeepney terminal, and still a short walk from the hotel, is Ayala Mall, with it's extensive choice of restaurants, especially at the Terraces area.
Our room is of decent size. Also clean and with ample lighting. Bed and bed linens were soft and comfy. It's pretty basic, but it had what we needed. I just wish the toilet space is bigger - i found it a bit cramped. But the shower area is of decent size.
Our room rate came with free breakfast. Buffet selection is just okay for me. It has a salad section, an egg station, and most dishes were the usual Filipino breakfast fare. Their danggit is good. I also liked their hot chocolate.
For future trips to Cebu, we'd most probably book with Quest again if we plan to stay within the city center.
