Daytime especially on a clear day is phenomenal.
Dusk, night time and daw are just ... magical!
Bring a light jacket to protect your from
the cold because it ON TOP of Cebu.
You have not seen Cebu if you have not been
to Tops.
Very memorable for me because I saw fireworks
and the views were spectacular. You must bring light
meal and drinks becuase the place does not
serve your your palate but it serves your
sights to the fullest.
A must see...!
