“Best Bibingka Ever”

Joy of joys. Have found the perfect bibingka at Marco Polo Davao however they claim the rice cake is being outsourced.

“Good Breakfast Meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

Waiters were attentive, they served good breakfast at a reasonable price for a four star hotel. Breakfast food were international with fine fruit and cheese selection.

“Good variety of food, lots of choices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2012

I can only review the breakfast buffet since that was all I had. :) There were lots of breads, pancakes, churros, waffles and everything you can ask for in a breakfast. I saw kids going crazy over the cereal dispenser and I do like it myself. I really wanted to pace myself with the food, since we stayed for two days, but I just couldn't help but pick one item from each of the stations. We were so full after that we didn't even need to eat lunch anymore.

My only gripe would probably be their service for the made-to-order omelets/eggs/fish/meat. The servers have a hard time trying to find the person who owns the food, even if they do have the number. My tip for visitors would be to check up on their food a few minutes after ordering in the counter--you can get the food yourself, and not risk it getting cold.

“good but was better”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2012

this time my wife and i did not stay at the hotel, but for a treat we went for sunday breakfast ,as normal it was very clean, with very good waiting staff,if a little over worked due to the numbers there for the sunday buffet breakfast, the one big thing we did notice was no joints of honey roast ham this time, also the price had increased by about 50% in the last 18 months, all in all this maybe still the best buffet breakfast in davao but the price now.(unless your staying there) is now bordering on the too expensive for what you get
