“Amazingly HUGE, interesting outdoor activities”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

I was pleasantly surprised by SM MOA. One does not usually expect style from SM (we do expect that from Ayala) - but SM blew my mind.

For starts, the mall is HUGE - it would easily take 2 days jsut to walk around (perhaps a week to window shop normally)

There are LOTS of restaurants - most of which are pretty good and spacious. They are not expensive, and there are many low budget places to eat too.

The part I liked most was that there is a reasonable amount of open space, where there were activities going on (I think the activities occur during weekends). We had visited Mall of Asia for the fireworks festival (which is awesome, and worth the money spent for seats), but there was stuff happening right from 4 pm - a walking band (this of course is free for everyone to watch), sitting spaces with serpentine paved walking paths amidst palm trees.

All in all, this is a great place to visit. During weekends, do be prepared to brush more people!

“Nice mall, lots of shops”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

Made a special trip to this mall from Our hotel in Malate just to have a look with a bunch of friends. Feet were sore after 2 hours! Lots of restaurants, fav one will be Mang Inasal on the outside of the mall. There were no sales on at that time so mostly did window shopping. There is a money changer in the big souvenir store, make sure u get a form from the guard while u queue.

“Nice Mall For Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Went over a few times, it's huge mall for shopping and craving for food. Some of the good food outlet can be find here, it's international. Lot's of international brand too around the mall. Unfortunately, you feel like you are going into unsecured area, from one building across open area into another building, you will be frisky by security guard even now they put an metal detector screen booth. If you have bag with you, each time you enter into the door, you need to open your bag to be frisk. It feel like you are in an dangerous/war zone country. What a sad secenario to show the world how unsecured the place and country are.

“Still Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013

This my second time to go there and still amaze me how hug is it. Really it's a nice Mall I like being there and explore this hug mall. This time we have been to the theater it's a great place to watch the movies. Also, the skating it was a nice place, they have a good coach to teach the people. The dinning place is nice you have a selection of a good restaurants to eat at. Also, you can eat at the dinning hall or at the inside of the restaurants all over the mall or out side around the mall. It's so nice to shop in the mall they have all kind of the well known brands. Do not miss to go there.

“If you have never been inside a shopping mall before...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013

SM is the place to be: clean, spacious, safe and yet still relatively affordable and you'd be surprised to know that SM Mall of Asia even has it's own indoor ice rink. If you're looking for souvenirs: Kultura Filipino is the place to be.
