It was my first time to dine at Buffet 101. It's got an international array of dishes that had me wondering about choices, choices, choice but only one stomach to handle them all. The food ranges from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Italian, American and European. No Mexican though.
Some spots are to warm to dine in because of so much cooking going on. However, the seating is wide so no worries about that. The place looks elegant. It's a eat and drink all you can place.
Tofu, fish fillet, sushi, sashimi, broccoli with cheese, ziti, risotto, lamb leg, prawns, mussels, miso are what I ate. Desserts are also pick and eat all you can. There are many choices, even for kids, but the desserts I ate was a chocolate fudge cake, kiwi, seedless grapes, vanilla yogurt. And for drinks, I had fresh watermelon juice out of the blender.
So many choices to pick from. If you're going there, be sure you have the appetite and an empty stomach. But don't eat too fast. The secret to enjoying buffet is to take your time eating and digesting. 1,050 Pesos or roughly 27 US Dollars per head. It's a bit steep but you'll be really full and satisfied.
