Description: Kichitora of Tokyo brings authentic ramen goodness to Manila! Our goal is to provide Japanese ramen with an experience similar to that of Japan. Aside from ramen, we also serve tsukemen, gyoza, karaage and rice bowls. We have a permanent Japanese chef to make sure the quality is maintained, and our noodles are made in-house with our special flour formulation.Kichitora literally means Lucky Tiger, hence the tiger wall interiors in the restaurant.

Kichitora of Tokyo has the best tasting ramen so far in the country. Noodles are so fresh, you can eat them all by itself. Sauce is also thick and very very tasty. Portions are large enough so it won't leave you hanging in the end. A bit pricey though.

“"Kichi" to have found this ramen house”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013

We have been here a couple of times and we always leave with a smile...great service and knowledgable servers that makes eating here a pleasure. The noodles taste like it came from high quality flour and soup base especially paitan is exquisite.
Among the ramen we have tried are Miso Chasu Ramen, Paitan Ramen, Pork Chasu Rice bowl and Gyosa. We can't say anything wrong with their taste and presentations, the best part of all, they will serve you extra broth for free with a smile, no ramen houses will give extra broth for free, some will not at all, some will charge you for it.

“Accidental find!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013 via mobile

Stumbled across this place as we were lining up for the perennially full Yabu across it.

They actually allow you to order from Yabu, as long as its limited to 1 order a table. But that's another story. Lets talk about the ramen. I ordered the miso Ramen with sesame oil, as I like trying different flavors and not just the usual ones. The broth was very tasty, the ramen was just right and the pork was very tender. This is a bit expensive compared to its peers but the quality of the ramen was very good.
