We happened to treat a cousin and hubby from LA who came for a visit. I was quite hesitant when while talking to her while still in LA, she wanted to see Baguio again since its been 24 yrs from her last visit. Simply, I find Baguio crowded already and deteriorating!

On second thoughts, I gave in to her request in one condition, will check in the area of John Hay or the Country Club. Since I've been wanting to try The Manor, I decided to book The Manor.

No regrets at all, the room was cozy, since we got the garden view, it was really a relaxing stay and truly you smell the scented flowers. The service was good, the food was also good. The staffs were friendly and they really attend to every need.

It was just a short stay (3D/2N), we are planning to return to Baguio with the family and surely The Manor is first in our list.

Oh by the way, it has live band in the Piano Bar and that was another relaxing night...

Room Tip: Get the room with the inner garden view, dont get a room somewhere the kitchen side, so unfortunate...

Overwhelming , serene and relaxing atmosphere in and outside the hotel. Very nice. Stayed for three days and everyday is worth the stay. True, it feels like the hotel I stayed in canada. Room service is great and comes in no time. Foods from room service and from Le Chef restaurant is terrific. Staff are great and trustworthy. Enjoyed so much the balcony even while raining hard. Weirdly fantastic. Didn't have time to try the spa. One downfall though, we arrive early evening so tired and didn't check that toilet bowl doesn't flush smoothly. Calling or complaining is the last thing you wanna do when you are tired so we endured it till first thing in the morning. To the hotel, it is always a guest's expectations that everything works...so pls. triple check right before an occupant. It was a bliss when we were transferred on the third floor on our last stay. Everything is working properly...perfect. All these, I still view this hotel as my number one hotel in Baguio. Though I've given a room accommodation in this hotel as a gift before, this is my first time to stay personally. I regret that I didn't try way back ago. I highly recommend The Manor at Camp John Hay. Try for yourself.

Room Tip: Third floors with balcony is magical.

Had the chance of staying here when we attended the wedding of a friend in Baguio. Room was just the right size. Bathroom was clean. Outlet stores and some restaurants were located in front of the hotel. Very accommodating staff (we checked in at around 12 midnight) and when we asked for transportation going to mines view park, they immediately accommodated our request.

We spent 4D3N here @ The Manor and it was completely a beautiful experience staying in this Hotel. I agree that staff were very warm and helpful to their guests. I think the weather and the pine trees do good on them ;) We spent our honeymoon @ The Manor and made sure to book the 4th Floor facing the best view - Garden view. It was breathtaking. It was every inch of what we paid for and I think even my husband would agree that it even went beyond! We arrived early in the morning at 5am and we requested if we could do an early check in and they agreed to place us temporarily to a different room and then we checked in at 12noon to our beautiful room. We really loved it. Very special. Although one minor concern is - it takes abit long for the staff to answer room requests. But that's alright, that one was very minor ;) If it's Baguio, it should be Manor :)

Room Tip: Take the 4th floor facing the Garden for one spectacular view :-) Try visiting also their Bakeshop...

Stayed for a longer duration than usual. Everyone is very accomodating even when I'm compaining they're their helping with a smile and warm friendly attitude. Never had a bad meal at Le Chef restaurant which is part of the hotel. Do be aware...10 minutes of hot water is all you'll get so shower swiftly. There is no AC which weather wise is not an issue however at night noise w/ open windows can be a bit of a problem. If this place had a pool it would be awesome!

Room Tip: 336 is in the shade and away from much of the noise. I'd prefer a balcony in the future. Stayi...

Beautiful hotel in a pine trees forest above Baguio. It felt like Canada...!
Very big and comfortable room, without a balcony but it was raining hard and a bit cool, so there was no point anyway. Nice breakfast buffet, but had difficulties to get some tea (instead of coffee). Check-out was a bit laborious due to some mistakes on the bill but in general staff was polite.
