I fully subscribe to the other reviewers comments. I went there with my daughter in early March with CEDESOS. We dropped by their offices the previous evening after arriving by bus from Cuzco and everyting was arranged on short notice. The most challenging thing was to get enough cash out of the city's ATMS's. We left the following morning at 8AM. We first went to the far end of the peninsula and visited Uros Titino by small boat. Very authentic! You just go on the lake and it takes at least half an hour before you see a glimpse of the island. Afterwards we spent the night on the Isla Tikonata. This really supports local families. Everywhere we travelled on the peninsula the sights where fantastic and the local people very friendly.
