“Apple Turnover and Tasty Quiche! Yum!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

After expensive Bocas Del Toro, it was a relief to find a full breakfast and lunch spot conveniently located near the center of town with low prices! I ordered eggs rancheros and coffee, all for $4.50! Even better was the apple turnovers. The crust is amazing. I ordered 4 more to take back to the hostel, as well as two pieces of Quiche which was very tasty. Everyone at the hostel is talking about Sugar & Spice and how great it is. Thank you! I'll be back Thursday!

“Best Sandwhich ever”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

I really have to admit that the sandwich there are superb. I had the BLT sandwhich. It was one of my best sandwhich which I have ever eaten. The things are bit expensive but its worth eating there. If you are going to eat breakfast I highly recommend the Belguim Waffle.

“Oh my...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2014

The best place to eat in Boquete. A bit of a greengo land, but great food at good prices. Don't bother going anywhere else. Unless it Wednesday, the one day of the week they are closed.

“great sandwiches and desserts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2014

Nice deli-style option for sandwiches, but even better for desserts and pastries. Comfortable seating inside and out.

“just "ok"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2014

while i must admit that we did not try their baked goods (for which they are highly rated by others), we did have lunch there. my reuben was marginal. the rye bread was really good, but the meat was too thickly sliced and there was very little sauerkraut. it wasn't busy when we arrived, yet we had to wait an awfully long time for the sandwiches. the baked goods looked wonderful. we'll have to check them out on another visit.
