First I have to say if you are from somewhere where they have authentic Mexican Food and are craving authentic Mexican food you are going to come away wondering.
The place is a local hang out and can be crowed and noisy especially around the bar if there is European soccer, rugby or Formula 1 on the Flat Screen. The bar area and surrounding tables are for people who want to eat drink watch the game and talk a little load. If you want it quieter come earlier or ask to seated away from that area but in all honestly at some point in time more than likely you will hear the noise from the bar area.
The food is what Africa thinks Mexican food should be using local ingredients and locally available products. The food we have eaten has been very enjoyable a bowl [small Potjie pot] of Chili, the Burritos and jalapeño poppers it all has been good. I cook authentic Mexican and Tex Mex and enjoy what they do with the ingredients they are using.
Service can be slow depending on how full the place is but they will try and get your food and drinks to you quickly if you need to eat and go quickly tell them.
Go eat drink, enjoy the game, [put a donation down on the point / score pool] and have some local conversation you won’t be disappointed.
