“What a fine choice”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2012

On our visit from Vancouver Canada, we were greeted by a professional and most helpful staff. The hotel is truly immaculate everywhere. Breakfast was perfectly fresh and served in a lovely lounge. Rooms and bathrooms are large. This is a boutique styled hotel that's centrally located and a great value.

We highly recommend the Hotel Eberwein.

This is definitely worth the stay. It is centrally located and there is no need to use your car. They have secure parking under the hotel. (Just ask for a parking upon check-in) The rooms are spacious and all have a beautiful view of the town. They even have a little sun deck for those seeking some rays! The lobby is well appointed and although not open 24hrs, one will be helped quite nicely by the friendly staff during its opening hours. The breakfast buffet is to die for and it always have Fresh German breads to choose from (I'm a sucker for this). The only thing I did not like was the tiles in the rooms, but one can easily over look this with the rest of the decor!

We stayed in Hotel Eberwein for three nights during July 2012. What a nice place! The rooms were well appointed (pity about the shower curtains and the lack of air freshener). Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was also excellent. It is cetrally located, within walking distance of all the action. Parking is safe underground.

From the moment you arrive you feel at home. This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.The service was great - the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and spacious, with a minibar, haidryer, gown and aircon. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a basket with goodies to eat and Sherrie in our room.Later the evening we received a small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates. The hotel has free Wi-Fi and secure underground parking. You are within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the street are quieter, being in centre of town.

We booked at the hotel after we could not find place at Atlantic Villa Guesthouse. We were pleasanly surprised and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is right in the centre of town and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel from July 22 until August 8, 2011. Because of an accident just before we checked into the hotel, my wife was confined to the hotel room for 7 days. The hotel staff had so much caring and attention, that they became like family.
Everything from the breakfast greeting and good food to the advice and offers of help, this is by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. We have travelled widely and will definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers.
