We were walking along the ramparts when we first saw that little terrace. We were like "We should go there sometimes, it looks nice....". A few days later, we were walking in the medina when we got hungry and thirsty. We thought it was the perfect place to go for a little snack... After climbing the tragic-dark-scary stairs, we sit at a table and take a close look at the menu. I was very surprised to see champagne by the glass on the menu so I order one. My boyfriend asks for a coke-zero surprisingly on the menu. We also order a goat cheese tart and 4 formaggi gnocchi. The waitress comes back with a diet coke and no champagne. They were out of coke-zero. She also explains Chris they are out of goat cheese tart. Chris was not very hungry so he cancels his order. 10 minutes later, still no champagne. I was wondering why it took so long to pour champagne in a glass so I call the waitress "Yes, but no, sorry, not by the glass, we don't sell enough". Although I'm a little surprised she doesn't care giving me the information, I'm like "Nevermind, I'll have a diet coke as well please". Then it starts. "Sorry, it was my last one...". I'm like "What do you mean your last one ?? -Yes, we don't have diet coke in the fridge..." Ok.... What about that orange juice page 3 ? "No, we can't squeeze the fruits, the machine is broken...." I'm a very cool dude so I'm like "Nevermind darling, just give me a bottle of water please...." but I'm starting to be a little confused. Ok the view is nice but... is it a tourist trap ??? 10 minutes later, I'm starting to feel a little upset : we just climbed for a snack and we're waiting crazy... So we wait, and we wait.... 10 minutes later I'm furious. "Now it's too long, Madam...". Eventually the gnocchi arrived 40 minutes later and they were dull. Too soft and not tasty enough. The last straw was that piece of aluminium foil in the plate, and an incomplete check. We had to pay in two times... We got out furious and sad we had wasted 45 minutes in a greasy-spoon. Eventually, the view is much better directly on the ramparts.... To avoid.
