Ginger is a tiny little place run by a young Argentinian/Spanish couple. Their ethos is freshly prepared, mainly vegetarian food that varies from day to day. Hygiene standards are up to scratch, so there's no issue with dreaded food poisoning from lettuce leaves. As well as salads, there are delicious toasted sandwiches made with Moroccan flat breads and a wide range of juices and smoothies. With only a handful of tables, it fills up quickly at lunchtime. It also offers similarly wholesome breakfasts. Definitely one to go back to.
