Just back from a 3 night stay in Esswira, and we went to this 'art restaurant' twice for dinner. Didier and his parter put their heart and sould in their shining riad. To enjoy the whole experience, book ahead and enjoy the ride! Food is 'extraordinaire', some sort of word fusion made from the freshest and tastiest ingredient, we appreciated the diverse meatless possibilities and the vegeterian bouquet is the Millefeuille d'aubergine with a side of rosemary sorbet. The portion size reminds of dinners at the best Santa Monica places, a nice memory from the past! It is no problem at all if guests wish to share a starter. Caravan café is a place for happy moments made of great live music, good company, gastro food and that atmospheric 'je ne sais quoi' that is unique to Esswira. Well done Didier, parter, and team!
