Overall this hotel was stunning, from first arriving in the lobby it really was beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean and we had a pool view which was really nice.
Restaurants were fantastic, drinks are very expensive but hey, you are on holiday... A bottle of Moroccan wine ( which the whites are really quite nice) costs around £20 and a cocktail around £11.
Pools were great and our five yr. old daughter enjoyed both the kids pool with the slides and the bigger pool, sitting on the loungers or giant bean bags was superb.
Transfers from airport were efficient and comfortable, and overall the level of service at the resort was very good, although some staff went above and beyond others seemed a little more reluctant to serve.
Chiringuito beach club was wonderful, watching the waves and listening to the live music. Beach BBQ was also nice. Buffet breakfast was great, loved how the chef made any type of eggs whilst you wait. Market place was nice, especially the sushi and our very favourites dessert choices!
Atrium bar was quite poor service, but Fauchon was very attentive and friendly. Oasis restaurant serves by both pools and if you get a good waiter and tip him he will look after you really well all of your stay, this applies in the market place too and we had waiters falling over themselves to help us.
The spa was incredible, really luxurious and well worth a visit and the gym was very quiet and nice to work out to the view of the ocean.
Horse and camel rides were a hit for our daughter, 30mins along the beach.
A few niggles, although most if the staff tried to speak English, they never really answered any questions and you were left unsure of the outcome. Booking an activity proved quite a challenge and you got sent to several places with several answers.
We were full board, but lunch meals appeared on our bill, I queried this 3 times and was told it would come off, yet they appeared on our final bill. Although it was removed in the end.
All in all, a brilliant holiday we would recommend.
