I did the 3 day 'journey' which involved one massage each day.These massages lasted for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes and I have to say were the best I've ever had. They would put The Sanctuary in London to shame and I've been there quite a lot.
The rapport between myself and the therapist was established very quickly. It helps that you are given time beforehand to prepare for the massage and I can recommend the ginger/honey/lime drink you can have both before and afterwards.There is absolutely no rush and you are left to relax at the end of the massage for as long as you like.The staff are 200% professional,friendly,helpful and with a sense of humour so you relax very quickly.
I also did a complimentary introduction to Yoga on a day when the weather wasn't so good.The lady who took the session also worked in the Spa and it was the most relaxing yoga session I've ever attended.
The surroundings are beautiful and the products used are sublime.I could go on and on but would just end by saying that you really do have to try it for yourself.

the massage was top quality in fab settings. Yoga classes, just for us were top value and run by the wonderful Dimples who tailored classes just for us.

The ambience and the therapy were perfect..would have been a perfect 10 if I could get a spa done by the sea..but I was told that that service is not on yet

I tried the Balinese Massage and the Hot Chocolate Full Body Scrub... The 90 Mins Massage was an awesome experience..
