the hotel's website have made a mistake in Feb. some guy booked 0RM room on hotel's official website, the hotel do not admit these bookings, then someone write a bad review of the hotel on tripadvisor.com, then the hotel manager replied "However, it was our mistake. We will be honoring all bookings that took place on hotel website during our mess up", all these words are bulls.hit, when you check in this hotel, they would say "I give 50% discount, thank you". what's the word "honoring" means in hotel manager's dictionary???
