I stayed here for my last couple nights in Kuching. Mind you, I had previously been at the Pullman Hotel, which is about 180 degrees difference from this 360. There everything is immaculate, roomy, comfortable and also about three times as expensive.
The price I paid per night at the 360 Xpress was 99 MYR a night - ~$35 USD. So for that price you get what you pay for: a claustrophobic, slightly shabby room with no windows. I could handle it for a night or two but after that I think one would start getting stir crazy.
Upon entering the room after check in, I noticed the level of cleanliness and upkeep had much room for improvement. There was a long hair on the bathroom floor, a hair in the shower stall soap tray, stains on the bed spread, a rip in the pillow case and spots all over the mirrors. The room had mold in the ceilings that had been painted over. Things were pretty scruffy looking in general. Typical old-school Malaysian level of quality that gets dated real quick unless it is well-maintained.
The staff there could hardly ever understand me when I asked them questions in English. They do have a great deal for airport shuttle ride that is only 6 MYR, so they had that going for them. Anyway, this place will do for a short stay and if you want to keep your budget in mind. Other than that you'd be better off spending some extra money if you have a longer stay. I did look at the Lime Tree hotel and that place was also a "budget boutique" hotel but seemed a bit nicer and with free breakfast too. Unfortunately they were booked though. Next time I'll try it out...
