I stayed at a single room; it's spacious enough for 01 person. I loved it's location - most must-go places are walkable from this hotel. I'm a budget traveler, so I also loved the very affordable rates, about RM50.00++ per night plus tax.
I only paid for the insurance and toiletries + towel. The room was quite cold at night with or without the ceiling fan on; so in case you want to save more, you can. I didn't even pay for TV since I was out all day during my stay. Hence the very good rate.
Ironing Station. If you need to iron your clothes, just go to the Front Office, they will lend you an iron and you'll have to do your ironing at one corner of the Ground Floor. If you need snacks and light meals, there's a cafe at the lobby area.
Location-wise - it's very near to must-go places in Kuching. So more plus points for this hotel.
The front office staffs are friendly and helpful as well. One of them helped to get a cab for my early morning flight. I asked him "Ok, so how do I know that the cab is really going to pick me up tomorrow at 4.30 am?". I didn't ask his name, but the staff just smiled and said "Don't worry miss, just be here by 4.30 am," I was traveling solo and I didn't have much choice but to leave it to the hotel to help me with the cab issue. So at 4.25 am I came to the Front Office, checked-out and got into the taxi straight away. The taxi was already waiting for me when I checked-out - 10/10 for the service :D
