Actually is a huge condo, terrible by the way where some of the apartments are from this company, it is a dangerous place and the apartment itself it is old and forget about kitchen or fridge. The only good thing is the location...............

I've stayed at this service apartment many times. Why? The staff are friendly. It's very cheap and the place is centrally located, so we walked everywhere - to the jetty, Philippines market, to the very delicious Welcome Seafood Restaurant across the road at Asia City etc. However, don't expect anything more than this. Almost each time I stayed, I got bitten by bed bugs so I've learnt to wear long pjs while staying here. When you make your booking, you may want to mention this so they can take extra caution to really clean your room. Do note you are staying with other people who are living here permanently, so do expect to see some dodgy people in the hallway. I won't recommend this place for single female travelers. Having said that, it's very budget and as long as you come here with the right expectations, you will enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: Ask for the block closest to the check-in reception, so you don't have to walk too far after che...

My wife and I stayed at this location for 9 nights. There is lots of space, we stayed in a Studio apartment. It has a small kitchen area, fridge, stove, sofa, desk, night stands, tv, balcony, washroom with standing shower. It was great for our stay as we could reheat food (stove friendly only) and also stock up the fridge all the time. They provided us with 2 bottles of drinking water (daily) and daily room service so it stayed very clean and tidy. Help desk was awesome as well. The corridors are a little dim however I would not call them scary as security guards make regular patrols throughout.

A few things we wish that were possible that were missing were:

1) Oven did not work, stove tops worked fine.
2) The tap on the water was constantly leaking, it didn't have any sound however it is just a waste.
3) Ability to make local calls from our room for charge. We had to go down to the reception desk each time and it cost 3 RM per call. Note to everyone, buy a Maxis sim card (8-10 RM) and comes with loads of features.

The location of the complex is good too as there are dozens of places to eat and 7/11 for your convinience. The Centre Point mall is right there, Mcdonalds as well. Waterfront is hardly a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed it, the reception people were extremely nice and our security guards around the elevator area as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with an outside view as the internal window rooms. Buy a Sim Card (very cheap, Maxis...

When we booked the service apartments we knew it was low cost but we never expected the standard to be this low. We only just got here and we are already looking for a new place to stay. The corridors look like a place you get killed, the smell is unbearable and the room is crawling with bugs and the toilet is leaking. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had stayed in many hotels from 4-5 stars to luxury villas and services apartments for work & leisure. This is by far the BEST service rendered apartment as the service crew would appear at your doorsteps in less than 15mins. Francis, the Resident Manager is an amazing guy. Thank you for taking care of us (including our trainers). Also her colleague, Stella - extremely helpful; ensuring that our training runs smoothly. Thank you Stella for the amazing assistance.
Yes, the apartment needs an upgrade but the unit is in fact very clean. They mopped the floor; cleaned the bathroom; and changed our bedsheet/towels on every Sunday. The apartment even provide a simple breakfast with very polite service staff. Well, I did have an enjoyable 4 week stay. In addition, the location is excellent with shopping malls; 24-hours convenient stores; a laundry-mart behind that opens from 8am-2am daily; and a varieties of eateries from Noodle House to Herbal Soup House; Chicken Rice to Roasted Pork & Duck Rice; Indian Curry House to Nonya Eating House; MacDonald's to KFC; etc, Also the local favourites - Fook Yuen and Legend Café at Oceanus Mall which is just opposite the apartment. What more could I ask for that price we are paying! Thanks again Francis and Stella.

Rooms here are big but not clean. The management should spend more attention on cleanliness. Travelers always look for clean place to spend their nights. Good location, water front is just a short walk away, near lots of eateries.
