I usually go there just for light snack and drink nearby entrance with better ventilation. The place has poor ventilation which need to improve upon and cleanliness is at your own risk so look carefully when scooping food from the large tray. It is normally packed with people because it is cheaper especially the chicken rice. You do get plenty choices of food since they generally serve economical food smorgasbord style.
Recently they did touch up on the facade of the food court.
As for service it is debatable....since most people who serve you understand mostly in Malay. Most staffs are not trained to use disposable glove and sometimes finger or thumb might dip into your sauce or soup noodle. Hence why I gave it poor on rating. Do ask how they charge you food and drink if you are not sure or doubt that is the correct price because some restaurants do not have proper price signage or update their price signage.
There are also fast food restaurants such as McDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut and Kenny Rogers on the same area.
