Climbing the mountain requires a certain level of fitness. If you are thinking that this is an easy meandre around the side of a hill, you are vastly deluded. It's a CLIMB! Every bit of it, all the way, it's a CLIMB! Warm up first and be in reasonably good shape or you won't make it to the top without doing damage to your body in the process. The Park itself is clean and beautifully kept and worth a visit even if you're not planning on climbing. It's very big and there are many parts to it. I only visited the mountain part.
