One week business trip was booked into a 1 Bedroom Apartment (1 King Bed Furnished with a living area and kitchenette) in the Lotus wing.
Staff are very friendly within the main hotel and restaurant ,they can organise a taxi for you each day from the lower level reception which I found very useful.
Room - Was spacious and clean, with TV's in both the bedroom and living room (English channels \o/ ) Evenings were quiet and hardly heard anyone around. Desk with internet RJ45 & Wireless connection and a variety of AV connections so user friendly for those working late into the evenings in there rooms. not sure on safety of bedside lamps with their 2 pin plugs splayed and jammed in the 3 pin sockets (put some proper plugs on plz).
Bed - large and well supporting with sufficient pillows that did not disappear into nothing the moment your head touched them which makes a change.
Bathroom - This was large with more than enough room with a shower with the large overhead head on, sufficient number of towels and a selection of products on hand, Only criticism was the shower door not having a rubber seal on the bottom so had to put a towel on the floor so the water did not seep everywhere.
kitchenette - A mini kitchen with a coffee machine etc, did not use anything else tbh did have a little issue with ants on the second day but reported and 90% better when I got back the next night.
Overall a nice room but some things would have been nice to have, drinking water in the fridge (e.g. 2 still ,1 sparkling).
The site is very spread out so you can walk around and this can make you feel a bit lost as signs are a bit lacking in some areas causing some confusion, Lotus area near the carp pond when raining the roof was not covering the walkway sufficiently so getting around dry was hap-hazard as well as the side door being locked at 10PM so you had to go into the open to reach your area.
Food, is basically b's restaurant, limited variety but tastes nice, due to hotels location going out late at night is not a real option. Open until 1am but generally you will be limited to the main menu from 10:30pm as the buffet is packed away by then. Breakfast same again similar foods each day catering to the masses, nothing you would say stood out as being exemplary.
OK if you are on business in the area, but to far from KL if you want to experience the city night life.
