Lack of room maintenance (Shower wouldn't drain unless filter removed. Battery missing in alarm clock). Stayed for four days - architecture of hotel very interesting. Highly recommend MYR1 two hour tour of Putrajaya, pamphlets available from central station.

We were actually on a combined business/leisure trip to Malaysia after attending a Travel Market Conference in Dubai. We stayed at Pullman for a night just before flying back home to UK. The hotel is about 30 mins drive from the KL International Airport and was ideal for an overnight stay. The staff were pleasant and the room was very good. The design was modern, contemporary and had a Japanese theme. Very good shower, jacuzzi bath , plush towels and good quality amenities.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to fully explore the hotel as we arrived late evening and had to depart early morning the following day. There was a nice restaurant by the lakeside which served meals on buffet service and was not ideal for vegetarians . we being vegetarians had no choice but to order our meals from Hotel room service and to a pleasant surprise we were served with decent food as actually instructed to the Kitchen Chef. No complains on this hotel contrary to other hotels we used during our hotel reviewing trip in Malaysia.

Good hotel and location okay. Staff great and so was the food. Pool could have stayed open later than 7pm. Taxi from LCCT around $25 [AUD] took around 30mins. Make sure you get a sane taxi driver as ours was a little crazy and ran off the road at one point. Allow for traffic but the hotel was not busy and plenty of staff around to assist and all very friendly. Recommended to friends who also had a great time the following week. Make sure you get a room with a shower. Did not check when i went in & regretted it at early wake up call as i was in a hurry and room only had a bath

I was on business trip to Malaysia and my company booked me in Pullman Putrajaya, as I never stayed or experienced staying in a Pullman Hotel.
Anyway, upon arriving at the Putrajaya Center, I was astonished by by neatly built building in the town. Putrajaya is the center of governmental district, offices of Malaysia. It's been re allocated from Kuala Lumpur city to Putrajaya City. The city itself is very neat, clean and very quite.
As I arrived at the Pullman Putrajaya Hotel, I was amazed by the construction and the design of the building. The design is a mixture of Mediterranean and resort and when you walking in the area, the building looks like Disneyland, castle etc. It is really a nice structure.
The hotel have two restaurants, The B's is the restaurant and The Village by The Lake, which is a dining restaurant served seafood and grill food, located on the PutraJaya Lake , very nice place to dine.
The food was good, the room is spacious very cozy and very cold. Each room have balcony.
Despite of the nice and wonderful hotel, the service was not too warmth....not considered impolite or rude but there was missing the warmth and personal touch from the staff. At the Chinese Bar, the bartender was very talkative, even I open the conversation, room attendant was looking scared when meeting guest at the corridor (???), Front Office Staff , was ok, the B's Rest. staff was also not helpful, as I had my breakfast and did know where the coffee pots were so I asked for a cup of coffee. Instead of assisting me in pouring the coffee, the waiter just shout across table to get my own coffee by pointing his finger to where the coffee pots were. Well, I supposed I cannot compare this service with other hotels in Singapore or Indonesia.

Overall, if you are looking for a quite, I mean very quite stay...Pullman is the place

No fault at all on software and amazing hardware. I was attending a conference while my family was enjoying the hotel facilities : pool, spa, kid's club, games room and water sport on the lake managed next door by the Maritime center.
The best place to stay near the airport and with easy access to Kuala Lumpur city center.
Highly recommended for any type of stay !

From the Hotel photos we were expecting this place to be something special and beautiful but it far exceeded our expectations.

It truelly deserves its 5 star rating and it is a magnificant property. The property is broken down into four different themes. The architecture and design was breathtaking and it was like a living piece of art.

We were trying to book into a club room but were unable to do so online and contacted the hotel. They were so kind in upgrading us to an executive suite including club lounge access. The room was fantastic, very spacious and overlooking the lake. The bathroom was huge and quite unique to say the least. The bed was comfortable and the room very pleasant, clean, modern and all possible amenities including a cuppacino maker.

To top everything off, the staff are so kind and helpful. They provided the best service we have ever recieved from any hotel. They were genuinely sincere, especially the client service manager, Alawi and the club lounge staff member who both went out of their way to assist us..

Hubby was treated with a surprise birthday cake (it was a baked cheesecake and really yummy).

The pool and surrounds, although not large was enjoyable and a great place to chill out. The breakfast was excellant with plenty of choices although service for tea and coffee was a little slow but fortunately there was a table set up where we could help ourselves.

The hotel is a very relaxing place to stay and we found it to be very romantic place.. Being able to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur made this a real haven. We would certainly love to stay there in the future.

My partner and I, along with another couple with teenage daughter, had an unplanned stay here after missing our connecting flights. It was so lucky we knew of this place, as there wasn't many options around KL airport. The hotels were either too cheap or way too expensive. I knew of this place because we have a trip planned later in the year with a KL stopover, and had already booked a room. So when we had to find somewhere that we could enjoy our evening, even though we missed our flight, it was a perfect option.
It's a good 40 mins from KL LCCT airport in heavy traffic, but not as far as going all the way to KL city. It was getting late and dark and we checked in to our 2 rooms in the Rafflesia (or Boneo) wing quickly before heading to 'B's' restaurant for drinks and dinner. We loved our huge room and lovely marble (esque) bathroom. There was a little sitting area with couches. The wardrobe had heaps of hangers, robes, slippers and safe.
As we were tired, we just decided on the buffet and we received a 5 for the price of 4 special (and discount as well). The food was pretty good and reasonably priced.
After dinner we walked around the large grounds and looked through the other wings. There are four separate wings, each inspred by different parts of Asia: Bunga Tanjung (Malay), Lotus (Indian), Jasmine (Chinese) and Rafflesia ( Borneo). Each has a different facade and I imagine the rooms' decor is also different. Each wing has an internal courtyard with different gardens, ponds, landscaping and lounge area. Each is gorgeous and I couldn't pick a favourite. From the small bar near reception, you look out at the Chinese courtyard which was just gorgeous check out the photos).
There's a nice pool area with great view and spa/treatment area (but we didn't have a chance to use). Over the lake is 'The Village' restaurant bar that looked great but we were too tired to enjoy. But the grounds are wonderful and you can have a nice walk around the lake area.
The only cons were that our shower drained very slowly and the hot water took a while to come through. But not enough to worry us.
I can't wait to go back later this year! Definately recommend this hotel if you need to stop over in KL - or longer!
