It was the worst experience I have never been through. Upon check in, we were threaten as an invisible guest. We waited for about 10 minutes to be great by the staff. You might wondering why 10 minutes, is it busy? I would definitely say no. What I can say is the anticipation of the receptionist is low. There were 2 staffs standing at the reception and both of them are not serving guest. But, no one has realized that we were there waiting for check in. Then a guy came out from another side but was on the line. So we wait for him. When we saw he hang up the phone then we requested for check in but he ignored us and continue pick up the phone and calling somebody. We were like what kind of attitude is that? If you have an urgent matter to settle you could just telling us wait a minute and we will waiting happily. So I was kind of pissed off by his attitude and action. After he finished the call, he is so impatience and my friend pass the voucher to him for our check in. He printed out a the information and request us to sign. When we were checking all our booking details, we found there are some mistakes. Our booking is 1 triple room,but on the paper it shown 2 double rooms. Then we were wondering and wanted to ask but the staff is so rude by taking away the paper with an angry face instead of asking us is there any thing wrong. Then he request us for the credit card to charge the amount. Our booking is through agoda and upon booking we paid to agoda and why they request us to pay for second time? So I explained to the staff and again he shows his impatient face and printed out another booking details and ask us to sign. He did apologise for the mistake, but it is not sincere at all. So, what I am going to say is this was the most terrible check in process I have never been through. Its so upset us with the terrible attitude, low efficiency and poor service.
Housekeeping also not that good. We requested for 2 glasses, 1 extra towel & 1 extra blanket, but they only sent us 1 glass instead of 2, towel & blanket also not send to our room.What we do is call for second time and inform what we request for and luckily they sent all at the second time. However, when we request for extra mineral water, it is chargeable at RM5 per bottle. Thought it should be free of charge as we paid for the room, service, amenities.
Food and beverage service is also terrible. The buffet breakfast is totally out of expectation. Food are all oily and not tasty at all. Fake coco crunch & corn flakes are being serve. The taste is so yucky. Variety of food is only a few.
Overall, the hotel is only average. Lift is so small which only can fit in few peoples and it takes so long time for us to wait. Sound proof for the room is also not good enough. We can hear people talking in the room when we were waiting the lift at the corridor.
