The room is clean and tidy. The room look bright and giving me the feeling of comfort. Eventhough i didn't purchase the air-cond service but the room isn't hot with the ceiling fan. I like the garnish of the toilet which looks clean, unlike some hotel give us the feeling of discomfort and gloomy. The transparent toilet door is stunning. I will always choose to stay in Tunes Hotel. I hope there will be more Tunes hotel in Malaysia and of course other countries. Thanks Tunes Hotel.

Never fail to stay at the Tune Hotel, Georgetown, Penang each time i visited Penang. My ancestorial "Khoo Clan" hometown. Tune Hotel is situated at the best location at Burma Road whereby Rapid Penang air-conditioned buses plys for those whom intent to visit Air Itam, Tj Bungah, Batu Feringghi, Gurney Drive etc. Walking distance to Komtar & Rapid Penang bus terminal (bought Rapid Passport, only for Malaysian residing outside fr Penang & for foreigners-must show IC or passport as proof) & also towards the Georgetown Heritage Site. Plenty of local street hawker food around Burma Road, Macalister Rd, Penang Rd etc. That why i rated 5 star for Tune Hotel. Enjoy yr stays, if, u don't mind the room's small spaces.

Fast and convenience service. Your money is your choice, you may eliminate all unnecessary item such as towel, air conditioned, toiletries and more, so you can pay less. The online booking is also have add more value, where you can just search the rate of the particular date and pay anytime anywhere. This is my first visit, and definitely I will choose Tune Hotel as my preferred stay in future. Hope that Tune Hotel will open new branch such as Terengganu and more.

Great location with a food court next to it. It was an acceptable stay for just 1 night though we felt a bit uneasy sleeping in a room without windows. Our twin beds were clean and air-con was sufficient. But bathrooms were in need of a thorough washing. Housekeeping had not done a good job in dusting and washing of corners and fittings.
