We checked in around 10pm and the staff automatically upgrade us to a newly renovated room. We were very satisfied because the room was very new and clean.
However, we are quite disappointed to know that the hotel do not provide room service and even, no hotel slippers! So, we have to walk bare footed in the room on the carpet. Though the carpet is clean now, but It will get dirty eventually. So, hotel slippers should be provided to let customers to feel more comfortable and clean walking around the room. Reverting back to the room service, we called the reception and they suggested to dine in their hotel restaurant. However, when we asked about what are the food options, specifically fried noodle, They answered don't know and asked us to come down and see it ourselves. I was thinking, don't they even know whether the restaurant serve international? Malay? Chinese? Western or Indian food??
The next morning, we went for their breakfast buffet. Choices are quite limited but food tasted great!
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Staffs were very friendly. However, they should learn more about the hotel in order to provide good advise to customers.
