This is the second time we stayed here. Stayed here in Early Aug, Booked a suite for 2 days. Was upgraded because the hotel was full. Exec suite was good except that it can get a bit dark at night when you wanna do some reading, must improve on lighting in lounge area.

Left the next day at 4pm because daugther was very ill. Was charged for one night stay even though we decided to leave pass check out time. Was very touch by the gesture, rare nowsaday to find hotel that is compassionate.

The hotel is situated in a nice stretch of beach in Kuantan, I always managed to relax when i see this beautiful fine sandy beach. Will definitely come again.

We arrived in the evening and check in was a breeze. Kids love the hotel especially the pool and the beach just right next to it. The rooms are pleasantly decorated but the tiled floor was not mopped. We have to constantly wear our own beach slippers in the rooms. The slippers provided are way too big for asian's feet. Even too big for my hubby.
We booked a family suite for 4 adults and 2 kids, it was quite comfortable in size but all of us have to share a bathroom.
The breakfast choice was limited for children as the majority dishes served are spicy such as mee goreng, nasi lemak, rendang chicken/beef. The muffins, bread, croisants and danish are too hard to bite. Salads are limited. Drinks, cornflakes and fruits are generous.
We enjoy the free steamboat dinner and had our a la carte dinner at the same Blossom Chinese restaurant the following day. The steamboat spread at the Garden Terrace is much value for money but for those with a budget, Blossom is not too bad.
We had our spa session and enjoy every minute of the relaxation while the kids had their naps and TV programmes.
There were activities for the kids but not many participants. The kids room was under utilised during non peak periods.
Overall, we still enjoy our stay.

Business brought me to Kuantan for about three weeks, and thankfully Swiss Gardens made it a pleasant trip, and gave me a bit of a home away from home.

The front desk staff makes an effort to remember your name, as well as the basic details of your trip. It's nice to return each day to a smile and a friendly greating.

The food is excellent, and the buffet dinner's on weekend nights do not disappoint.

The rooms are nice, and spacious. Additionally, the rooms are tastefully decorated with natural / earth tones, and hard wood floors.

If there was a negative, it'd be the distance the hotel is from city center. Expect to pay around $8 USD for each trip into town, and around $6.50 USD coming back.

Nice place to enjoy and relax either for honeymoon or with family.
