The guesthouse owner is very friendly and helpful. He attended to all our needs to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable . The rooms are clean and beautiful decorated and fully air conditioning and fitted wih the bubble jet water heater. The living room is fitted with Television with 7 channels TV stations and the VCD recorder for viewing Free movies at your own leisure. The guest kitchen is furnished with the modern cooking facilities and the refrigerator for keeping fresh food for the guests who prefers to do their own cooking. The guesthouse is very suitable for a small group of travellers 10-16 pax or a small family or couples

N.B I have no relation with the guesthouse owner. I am traveller who likes to exchange the information with all the travellers so that they will enjoy their stays during their trips. My family has stayed there for 2 nights during our recent visit to perhentian island. We have pay for RM300.00 per night for whole house :- 5 rooms can stay comfortably 16 pax . The guesthouse owner also provide a pickup /drop off at the airport , train station, bus station to the guesthouse (RM20.00) and he also provides a transport service from the guesthouse to the Kuala Besut Jetty/ Tok Bali Jetty (private car RM60.00 ) for the guests travelling to the Perhentian Island or Redang Island.

We stayed 3 nights at this guest house and found it to be excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. Hot water is available. The owner Mr Lee is very helpful and will pick you up from the airport. Although the guest house is situated just out of town Mr Lee will take you there with no problem . A bus is also available
for 60 Sen or so. Mr Lee will take you on a Temple Tour of the surrounding region for a small fee 30RM, i think . I definitely recomend this. I have no hesitation in suggesting you use this guest house . You will not be disappointed!
