This hotel has a towel management issue.
There were no towels available in my room when I checked-in on the first day. The cleaning lady helped me to get a towel, which she said was the only one available. It stank of body odour and I had to share this with my wife - that was how we spent our first bath here.
No towels were also provided on the second day. Two other rooms in my group had the same issue. We ask for five towels but the staff provided four, and could not offer more due to lack of supply. The receptionist made the headlines when I asked for more towels. "I can't do magic for you if we do not have any more towels," he said; while the room service guy just shrugged and walked off mumbling some unrecognisable words in his local language.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the location is good. It's just that the service sucks, BIG TIME.
