Checking in the Resort on vacation to the Legoland Theme Park on 11/11/2012. The Resort already knew that it was running a full-house, yet with the small check-in counter manned with only 3 Front Desk staff, how could you expect you can get your room in time. Finally, I managed to get my room 704. Once checking in the room, found hair lying around the mini bar area. Stained bedsheet was still using in the room. 1 piece of t-shirt was left behind by previous room guest at the bed side table (proof that the Housekeeping staff never do their rountine cleaning check in the room). The coffee making facility was only provided with 2 package 3in1 instant coffee and 2 bottles of drinking water, that's all. I humbly wrote a note to request for more the next day, but "Not entertained". The 2nd day morning to the Legoland was perfectly arranged by the resort chartered coarch, but upon coming back from Legoland, my bad dream started surface. There was totally no towel supplied in the room and I need to request for it, rain water dripping down for the ceiling resulting the head-board, upper corner of the mattress and side table were bathed with water. Called the Housekeeping for help and requested them to remove the divan and mattress away from the affected area. The same night, I approached the Front Counter staff whether they could arrange for shuttle service to the Legoland as my second package was not included transportation. She just replied me: "Sorry, the shuttle bus was full and can only check for you the next morning". Well, fair enough. But on the next moring (3rd day), I didn't even receive a call or message from the counter staff, resulting I need to call for a taxi to the Legoland. Meeting the Resort bus driver at the Legoland, he told me that the van was not fully occupied and told me to follow his van back to the Resort. But I can't take it as I had already arranged with the taxi driver to fetch me from the Park. Coming back to the Resort also a disaster. Rain water still dripping down from the ceiling and luckily I had already asked the housekeeping staff to move away the bed from the spot. No coffee or tea was provided assuming the coffee or tea was pretty expensive item to the Resort. Once I asked the counter staff about it, he replied:"each room was only given 2 package of coffee".
So, to all my dear friends. How do you judge about this Resort?
1. Never check in to Room 704;
2. Better get the upper lever, as there was only 2 very small serv...
