Location is great. It's nearby the city centre and everything basic that you need is just within walking distance. It's not a hotel building, it' a "tall shop lots" building. I was taken aback at first, but once you stepped inside, you'll definitely forgot that you're inside some sort of shop lot area.

Room is okay, clean, even though it's not that spacious but it's just fine to accommodate me and my friends for a one night stay. Everything basic is provided; towels, hairdryer, coffee and all those. The bathroom is clean too. So far, I'm satisfied with what I paid.

I chose this hotel for the location mainly and was glad we're given a free upgrade to the Family suite(which is too big for just my girlfriend and I). Was attended to check in swiftly because we checked in really late at 9pm. Everything was alright and pretty decent.
But I realized that the special request was not attended to when I booked it from Expedia and wrote down my request for late check out. I would appreciate it if they could inform me if the request cannot be fulfilled so i asked the receptionist and was told to Check out before 1pm so I accepted that and on the morning I was reminded of checking out before 1pm again to avoid the extra charges when they woke me up from my sleep. A little disappointed with this but was overall a decent stay for a decent price I paid.

Breakfast was really average with only approximate 10 varieties and was shocked that the milk for the cereal was not cold at all. Ended up only eating their toast.
If you considering paying extra for their breakfast, avoid it. There are better options just around the hotel.

Room is big and bed is springy and slept really well but the bathroom looked a tad bit old with visible stains but overall clean. Water heater should have improvements because water will not remain hot for a long time and while trying to fill up the bathtub, the water turn to normal temperature.

Plus point to the location.

Main destination was Legoland. There is promo for this Hotel and I decide to take it. This is not a 4 start hotel but I like the room, even breakfast was just okay. Location is the most attractive thing for me. Well if you want to stay in hotel like whole day long I'm not suggesting you to go with this hotel. The room and bathroom is clean. From this Hotel you can go to Legoland in about 30 to 40 minutes. Need a lift to Senai Airport? Legoland? Singapore, Changi? Yes they have, even though it is not cheap. Prepare to buy mineral water outside since they only provide mineral water from only 1 dispenser each floor. WiFi for FREE!!!

I have small issue when arrived. The aircond is not cold, I just informed front desk and they responded fast. When I am coming back the aircond is cold, thanks for this. In the morning there is also a problem with breakfast, I rent 2 room (507 and 506), there is 3 adult 1 infant and 1 children, the receptionist in restaurant said we need to pay extra without asking how many room we rent, how many of us. I simply complaint to the front desk and everything taken care by them without paying even 1 cent, good job for the fast respond!.

There is another minor issue, parking and the size of the lift (please make it bigger). Well this is my short review I do hope can stay here in near future.

Room tip: Make sure the aircond is cold, choose the room closer to the wireless router for good WiFi signal

Stay during a business trip to Johor for a night. Average budget hotel and they do provide mineral water for certain charges. And the parking is limited as first come basis and rate is subjected to city council. Breakfast is good with plenty to choose. Location is good easy access to city centre. Will consider to stay again in the next trip to Johor

We decided to try out this hotel due to its rather affordable triple room, and also its good location being right in the heart of the city. However, the hotel doesn’t have its own car park so you will have to park your vehicle in one of the public parking spots along the road. At least the hotel staffs would put parking coupons on your car after you have registered your vehicle with the front desk. Being in the middle of the city, the hotel is pretty accessible as long as you know where you want to go.

The triple room was quite spacious, with a double bed plus a single bed that are comfortable. The room was also clean and tidy. Most of the expected niceties are in the room, except for complimentary drinking water. Apparently there was a water filter machine out in the hallway and the guests are free to refill their own water, but it’s just that you’d have to step out from the privacy of your room. Breakfast was provided but it was average, with minimal spread but some of the food was not too bad.

It was a pretty average stay experience, so if you don’t mind some of the niggles then it is definitely value for your money.
