Easy access to food, convenience stores that is open till pass midnight etc etc. for light sleepers, suggest you don't take the rooms facing the Main Street. Driving distance to Legoland and Puteri Harbour for those love to drive around like us.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

Weekend (Saturday) is always fully booked one.
I walk in on Sunday 3pm and was able to get a family room (a double bed and a single bed) with window. The room is clean and spacious. The bath room is very large and very nice, even better than those 5 star hotel.
Breakfast has variety of choice too, i took vegetable salad and porridge/congee (as i'm vegetaria).
The only con is the parking, it is difficult to find a parking place near the hotel.

But, am not going back to this hotel, because i discovered another hotel which is lower cost and easy to get a parking place, not in crowded area although this other hotel's room is smaller.

We were very happy with the beds. We stayed in a family room with 1x queen bed and 2 x super singles.
Rooms at back get some noise from the food market ay night.
Only one chair. Get an extra room card as when the card is removed from power pocket everything shuts off...including fridge. So extra card can be left in the room. 2 large plazas nearby and a night market right around the corner a few nights a week. If you get a taxi remember that this hotel is next to Paragon Hotel....all taxis know that...not all know Hallmark.

We stayed for 3 nights during the kids school holidays to Legoland. There were 5 of us 3 adults and 2 kids.We booked family room and add additional bed, the room is really big. When booking please ensure you book with window as we were given without window.Call the hotel before your arrival and request for a room with window. The room comes with free breakfast, so so malaysia breakfast fried mee/char kway teow, bread, rice porridge, scramble eggs, pau, coffee, tea, milk etc.The hotel can arrange for transport to Legoland but its double the fare compared to metered taxi available, please make pre taxi arrangment. The room comes with Astro channel (we only got one chanbel), make sure there is a small astro remote control as they keep asking us where is the small remote for the Astro machine.Total should have aircon remote, TV remote and small Astro remote. There are food stalls right at the back of the hotel with many choices seafood, satays and many more.

Room Tip: After booking a room, make sure to call the hotel to request for a room with window one week before...

The rooms and the aisle had strong smoke stink. AC not very powerful. Restaurant closes after breakfast so you can't really get anything. Breakfast was ok. Staff were quick and efficient. Located close to KSL mall.

The hotel is relatively new, just right next to Hotel Grand Paragon, one of JB's best hotels. The place still smells like paint. Lobby was huge enough to sit in guests waiting for their queue. Elevator was so small that it hardly fits us and our luggages. Room is spacious and comes with an extra sofa bed. I think their walls are quite thin, you could clearly hear through the noises from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast spread was just fair. Nothing fancy.

There was no decent resto near the hotel but we were able to manage having dinner at the open resto located at the back of the hotel with open air movie entertainment. You could see a lot of locals dining in this place.

Staffs were not that good nor too bad. I was happy with the chauffeur who picked us from Legoland. Very smiling and helpful.
