From Eden Garden to The Zon Regency, this is the hotel which we family comes to. Why? Cos its near to JB immigration. Usually we come during the fasting month to get our Raya celebration goodies and to go night over as a whole family.
Check in was quick and the rooms are always clean! With all complimentary toiletries completed, and there is a shopping mall attached near to lobby area. They sells clothes, convinience store, arcade or computer room where you can pay to play games or surf the net.

To drive up to the hotel isnt that difficult actually once you know the short cut, parking at hotel is complimentary where they will give a coupon to enter and exit. They have the outdoor and indoor carpark.
If you want to dine in to have breakfast or dinner, the place is full of seating. So fret not! Ever had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, spacious and usual breakfast menu. Maybe you can include some new menus ? Something new and fresh maybe.

They do have live bands or soccer live in big screen. Not sure at which level. After a long day outside, you can relax there first before going up to the room.
Near the hotel has seafood in the late evening to night time. There are lots of stalls being build up each night, varies to many kinds of seafood. If you dont feel safe, there is a restaurant with seafood too. For a short get away 2 days 1 night, this hotel is good. AND is you are very lucky enough you can get SG line. And wifi is free too!

As currently the hotel has changed management to Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, yet to give reviews. Well maybe if you have something new in the rooms or hotel facilities, yet to find out? But looking forward.

Room tip: Clean, Quiet & Safe! Seafood Lovers, Anyone?! :)

Room tip: Reception and check-in were excellent and friendly. Housekeeping and Maintenance were very poor. Had to wait for over 2+hrs for the extra bed to be delivered. Water pressure for the shower was very low ... the toilet flushed stronger than the shower. I was bitten and itched all night which I suspect were bed bugs. The TV was working but the channel reception was not working.

The Hotel is located near the jetty whereby within the shopping complex, there are duty free shops for you to shop but that is all. The Mall is not really occupied. Beside a Chinese and Japanese Restaurant there, there are a lot of pubs there. You will enjoy it if you like night life but not for those with family. The car park of the hotel is also very tricky whereby you have to park at the desinated floors only i.e 6th floor on wards, which is very high and you may get dizzy due to the turns. After you park your car, you are at the "west" side of the building and you have to go the "east" side of the building to use the lift and go to the lobby for the normal check in and check out. if you are having a large bag or big family or family with children, prepare for complaints from them. Then you have the bar located at 6th floor of the building, i was there on Monday so the pub was not crowded and the noise was not that bad. but if you have a football night or any disco night, level 7-9 guest may feel it. The room is spacious but very empty and dark. The Tv is only 24 inch, which is small for a room that size and the TV channels are not that much anyway. The water heater is the worst part of my stay because there is non!!!! there is only hot water in the morning. i believe after they manage to cooked it at night. There are free internet and I manage to use it but the free internet does not support "Whatsapp" which i wonder why. so you need to disconnect to connect with your fren. BTW, the cell phone reception there is very bad, i can hardly get any call in my room. all in all the room need an upgrade of it's self as the room is maintained as it is since the 1980"s or not early 90's.

Room tip: try to ask for a room at the upper floor to avoid being disturb by the bar/pub

This place is a huge ghost town. It seems like it might have been something in the past, but that is long past. There is a duty free mall next door, but it's also pretty much closed down. It's a good value for staying nowhere while you wait for a ferry to Indonesia, I suppose. The place is clean, but depressing, reflected by the breakfast. The room service is quite decent and inexpensive, which is good since the room info binder states "no outside food is allowed on the premises." You can see the smokestacks of Singapore from the window. I would continue south another half hour to avoid this emptiness.

Room tip: The club suite is comfortable, and may provide the only convenient activity in the area.
