stayed here with my wife, we found the hotel very clean, and the staff, very helpful, the room was western style and the bed of a good size, the bathroom also was of good size, needless to add that both were very ,very Japanese clean, as I had expected, but,...... the view was not a harbour view that one would expect from there hotel window, there is not habour, not that I could see, unless it has been blocked out by the buildings , no worries a good time was had and we shall be checking in very soon,

We stayed on the premium floors on level 9 (165,000 yen per night) and thought the hotel was very nice. Everything seemed to be updated recently and the rooms were very modern and comfortable.

The breakfast also had a wide variety and was done very nicely in our opinion. The taste was also very good.

Overall the location was very good only a 10 minute walk to the main tourist street and 15 minute walk to the market

Things we recommend and did in Okinawa. You must get a rental car but going up to the aquarium up north was worth the trip. The drive was beautiful and the aquarium has a wide variety of things to do. Has one of the largest tanks in the world I believe.

My favorite part of the trip was visiting the several war museums down south and seeing the impact of the Okinawan battle during World War 2. You get to experience and read about the war from a Okinawans point of view as they were just helpless civilians forced into labor and battle.

Anyway would gladly return if I were to ever come back to Okinawa.

I was expecting this hotel would be as good as the other "Crowne" hotel I stayed. But sadly no, the hotel is dated, tho well kept but everything need a renovation.

Everything was like in 80-90s, western style, TINY beds, strange arrangement of furniture. Dirty carpet and curtains. Air-con work intermittent.

Far away from the shopping area of Naha.

This is a town center location and is close to the main street, Kokuasi-dori, about five blocks. It is also close to the Bus Station and the Monorail. Taxi from airport about 1,800JPY depending on traffic.

The monorail provides ride to Galleria Mall, five stops and Shurijo Castle Park (World Heritage Site), nine stations and end of line.

Hotel has excellant Staff and food is good. The Bar on 10th Floor has good view of the city, food is available there too. Buffet Breakfast is good.

Room tip: The 9th floor is non-smoking preimum floor.

Loved this hotel.

Fabulous service: We were guided to our room and given an opportunity to ask questions about the room and area. Reception staff were always happy to help.

The beds were firm and super comfortable. Great to have a full sized bath (and separate shower) and the vanity unit and toilet divided off. Lights and air conditioning could be controlled from a bedside panel. The layout of the hotel room was very user friendly. Amenities replenished daily: a small thing that so many other hotels neglect to do.

About a 10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori (International Street) where there are loads of restaurants to choose from.

The pool is quite small and shallow but was nice for a refreshing dip on the morning that we checked out. It was full of kids so not really somewhere you could relax and read your book.

We liked the wee tapas bar at the bottom of the street and also the bakery next to the convenience store - turn left at the bottom of the street and it's on your right. Fabulous French toast!
